About us
The HTMA is a members organisation of leading highways maintenance companies with a combined turnover of more than £3 billion, over 90,000 employees and maintains approximately 400,000 km of highway across Britain. While HTMA members are competitors in the same market, they share the same concerns and face the same challenges. More importantly, they share the same vision of the future of highways maintenance.
The HTMA brings together a fragmented industry. There is no other organisation that truly integrates service providers, consultants and contractors, covering the whole of highways term maintenance. Within its membership the HTMA has a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Our member companies have a strong will to share this knowledge and, as such, are a powerful information base. In providing uniformity and consistency across the industry, the HTMA is a force for driving positive change and setting new standards and by sharing best practice ideas and experiences, the association looks forward to making significant advancements in the industry.
