How to join
Membership of the HTMA is available to companies, (or a division or unit of a company), that are active in the highways maintenance market or are part of a consortium/joint venture carrying out highways term maintenance. To be eligible, companies must meet the following criteria:
- Have as its primary purpose the delivery of highways management and maintenance service
- Hold a portfolio of contracts that includes winter maintenance management and delivery and local authority and/or highways agency contracts
