Abuse: A Serious Industry Issue
Attacks on gritting crews and their equipment appear to be happening more often and even more worrying is that it appears to symptomatic of a wider problem - abuse of road workers in general.
Ensuring the road network can meet the demands of growing traffic in an increasingly safe, efficient and environmentally sustainable manner will require a new approach to partnerships.
This is one reason why the HTMA has opened its doors to an entirely new set of potential members.
