HTMA launch RIDDOR website
Release Date Oct 2006: The Highways Term Maintenance Association (HTMA) have launched a RIDDOR website as part of their continuing commitment to information sharing on core issues and improving safety. The initiative will allow HTMA member companies to collate accurate data that can be used to gain credible information to illustrate the safety performance within the highways term maintenance industry.

Roadworks Safety Guidance Must Be ‘User Friendly’ Urges Htma Response To Highways Agency
In its response today to the proposed revisions to Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual, the Highways Term Maintenance Association (HTMA) supports the Highways Agency view that there is a good-case for improving the document to encourage safer driving through road works. But the HTMA believes the manual should be ‘more user friendly.'
