Making sustainability accessible
The HTMA Sustainability working group has developed, tested and completed the Sustainable Highways Maintenance Tool (SHMT), which describes how road maintenance can be managed to meet the social, economic, and environmental needs of present and future generations.

About DLO's
The Direct Management Group is split into two groups, Southern and Northern DLOs.
For HTMA Membership, the Southern Group represents all highway DLO's. The main contact is Cornwall Council, the groupings of Major Highway Authorities DLOs are:
